You can tell a lot about how a person is when you first meet them. The owner was just an amazing person. I am from out of town and was traveling through Cody.     I can’t say enough good things about Whitlock motors service department. I had been dealing with a weird squeak in my car for over 2 1/2 years. I had many different parts replaced at different shops with the promise always “this will fix it”. I always drove off still hearing the sound. So disappointing to waste money and feel duped because I’m a woman. I told Brian my story. He kept my car over night, drove it around and figured the source of the noise. He then ordered the part and squeezed in the job as fast as he could. What a dream. ITS FIXED! Finally someone that didn’t say “it’s a phantom sound only you can hear”. I was treated like a valued customer. Brian is super patient and a good listener. I am so happy to have my car serviced at Whitlock motors. Woohoo
